Frequently asked questions

How will I know if my order was placed successfully? Can I still cancel it?

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. For easier tracking and order management, we recommend creating an LA Blooms account.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within one (1) hour, please contact us at delivery@bloomsbyLA.com.

Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded, provided the request is made within a reasonable timeframe. Please note the following cancellation guidelines:

  • Regular days / Off-peak season: At least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date
  • Peak seasons: At least four (7) working days prior to delivery
  • Within 24 hours of delivery: Orders will be charged in full

You may settle your payment via over-the-counter deposit or online bank transfer through BDO, BPI, or GCash.

Important Note:
For over-the-counter bank payments, please select Bank Transfer as your payment method upon checkout. You will receive an email with complete payment instructions. Kindly send a copy or photo of your deposit slip or proof of payment within 24 hours after placing your order to confirm your transaction.

LA Blooms delivers within Metro Manila and select nearby cities. Click here to view our full list of covered delivery areas.

For smooth and timely delivery, please ensure that the recipient’s complete name and full address are provided, including unit, room number, or department when applicable. This is especially important for hospitals, schools, dormitories, condominiums, and funeral homes. Please note that hospitals do not permit deliveries directly to Intensive Care Units (ICU).

For Metro Manila orders, we offer same-day and next-day delivery from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Same-day delivery is not available for online orders on Sundays and holidays; however, you may place an order directly through one of our branches.

During peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we recommend placing orders at least two (2) working days in advance due to high order volume.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location. Rates may change without prior notice and do not apply during peak season delivery periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.

Can I change my order details?

Yes. You may request changes to your order details within 24 hours after payment has been completed.

We rely on the accuracy of the information provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already been dispatched or delivered based on these details, a re-delivery fee will apply. In such cases, the original delivery will be considered fulfilled.

Please note that while we will still complete the delivery, LA Blooms will no longer be responsible for the condition of the flowers beyond the intended delivery date.

What happens if the recipient is not available at the delivery address?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier may release the order to an authorized person or to someone present at the exact delivery address.

If no one is available to receive the order, it will be returned to our headquarters, and you will be notified via email. Should you request a re-delivery, an additional delivery fee will apply.

Can I request proof of delivery?

Yes, absolutely. On the day your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email by the end of the day. This will also include photos as proof of delivery for your reference.

What if the flowers arrive late and get spoiled?

We take every precaution to preserve and care for your flowers so it gets to its destination, farm-fresh. However, for unforeseeable reasons that the flowers do not arrive in good condition or do not arrive at all, we will be happy to replace them for you.
